With Omega Point destroyed, Juliette doesn't know if the rebels, her friends, or even Adam are alive. But that won't keep her from trying to take down The Reestablishment once and for all.

Well, after so much waiting, a sleepless night and a day spent reading in the craziest anxiety, it's over. And I can't help but feel horribly sad to leave this extraordinary story and all of its characters. Difficult to make an opinion without revealing anything of the plot, and especially the end of this third and last volume. I think I went through all the emotions possible and imaginable while reading it: joy, sadness, amusement, fear, disgust, enthusiasm, excitement, joy, frustration, spite, relief, anxiety and so on... My god, Tahereh Mafi is simultaneously a sadist, a genius and a torturer. But above all, she is a marvelous storyteller, who is not afraid to take risks. Until the end I was uncertain about the end of the story. Until the end I hoped, I cried, I laughed and I loved. But this word is too weak I think to explain what I felt during my reading. I restrained myself many times from going to take a look at the end, and it put me in an impossible state. It's been a long time since I've experienced a story while reading it, and I come away exhausted. Exhausted but frankly impressed.

There are moments of grace in this novel. Fabulous passages that completely transport you, a wonderful love story, which is not necessarily what you believe. But there are also terrible things that are said, that happen there, and to which it is impossible to remain indifferent. Tahereh Mafi turned all my certainties upside down. I really enjoyed Juliette in this volume. I loved who she became. I understood his choices, even if some were not easy. I admired him, I hated him. I loved the other secondary characters present. Kenji made me laugh more than ever, and his relationship with Juliette is adorable. James is so endearing. Even Castle, Alia, Ian, Lily and the others touched me. Even Adam. And of course there is Warner. Warner with all his secrets, Warner with all his ghosts, his moods and his fears. Warner with his will of steel. Warner with his immense heart and his perpetual sacrifices. Ah Warner, there are no words strong enough to describe it. I think I fell in love with him even more in this book than in all the series combined. He is imperfectly perfect, and will remain for me the most complex, craziest and most beautiful literary character I have ever seen. So I won't tell you anything about the ending. I won't tell you who Juliette chose. Because otherwise it would be too simple, and it isn't. Because that would spoil your fun, and this series is definitely worth reading. I believe that it is now my favorite literary series, all books combined. But I can tell you one thing on the other hand: this last volume was fantastic, just like the rest of the series for that matter. It's a huge hit for me.

After finishing Volume 2 of Unravel me, it was clear that I couldn't leave Juliette, Adam, Kenji and Warner behind. So I decided to continue with Ignite me, third and last volume of the series. While volume 2 ended on a breathless cliffhanger, this third one sets the tone: Omega Point is in bad shape and no hope seems to remain. Tahereh Mafi immediately puts us in the mood with, however, a nuance: Everything you thought you knew about the series, you can forget. Just as Juliette's vision of her world and those around her becomes clearer, so does ours. Clearly reading this book is a killer. Many surprises, crazy twists and revelations about certain characters will make you discover the plot in a new light. Warner detractors, I bet you'll quickly turn your shirts upside down after reading Ignite me. Indeed, I have never seen a character more complex than him. Nor as well treated. Its facets are many and we learn to love it since volume 2 already. I who was rather pro-Adam at the start, I admit, Warner knew how to come up with more than convincing arguments. Even Juliette surprises us. Long gone are the days when we felt sorry for this frail young girl, isolated, rejected and frightened by her gift. A gift that has also evolved a lot since then! Reading Ignite has been such a pleasure to me that it only took me one evening to finish it. Once started, impossible to abandon my favorite characters in their quest for freedom. Ignite me is perfect. From the beginning to the end. Or almost. Only regret: a confrontation that I expected and which will never take place and an end perhaps a bit too quickly dispatched. Now all I have to do is read the short stories published in the Unite me collection. But I think I'll wait a bit, just to be able to find Juliette, Adam, Kenji and Warner a little later, when the lack will be felt.
